I assigned the horses region to several units to make them only recruitable in the capital/major provinces. There is neither a France nor a England region in the grand campaign. Unfortunately the vanilla NAP:TW doesn't have many regions which modders can assign to the units. All custom units are listed below with their related recruitment region.
